The reception was good, but that was easy to forget once we reached the room. The whole hotel and our rooms smelled of sewers. For €185 for five people for one night, the place was truly squalid and seemed to have had absolutely no cleaning. I don't think I've seen a worse hotel. Avoid at all costs! 🤢🤢 Everything was filthy: hair in the shower and on the beds, dirty stains all over the bedding, yellowish pillows, and a toilet that hadn't been flushed after the previous guest. We kept our clothes on and slept on top of the sheets, trying not to touch anything. I would have given it zero stars if I could.

We only booked here as a last resort when nowhere else was available, and at €120 a night sleeping in the car might have been better. The room stank, with mold on the bedroom ceiling, a still-damp shower, and hair all over the bed and shower. The fan and lamp were broken, there wasn't a power socket by the bed, and there was no elevator. For that price, you'd be better off outside. Avoid this hotel.

The room smelled of cigarettes and damp, and the sheets and mattress didn't seem to have been changed. We slept on top of the bedding. The shower was dirty, there was hair in the sink, and the toilet was in a terrible state. One kind lady welcomed us and tried to help after I told her about the room, even though it wasn't her job. At €108 a night for two adults and one child, it was expensive and awful. Avoid.

Once we got inside, the room smelled strongly of mold. It felt like a filthy, run-down cave, and I doubt it had been cleaned for months. The TV didn't work, and the listed air conditioning turned out to be a fan that didn't work either. The outlet was broken. The bedding was basically a straw-like mattress with a cover and a blanket used as both sheet and cover; when we lifted it, there were hairs here and there. I doubt the blanket had ever been washed. The bathroom had an indescribable, stale seafood-like smell. We didn't dare touch anything or even breathe much, it was so overpowering. We fled to the nearest ibis hotel. Before arriving, I had called to ask if we could check in a little early. The answer was that it might be possible for an extra charge based on how early, delivered in a very unpleasant voice. I felt like I was intruding, and nobody offered to store our luggage. The entrance felt unwelcoming too, though the person who greeted us was friendly. The room was two floors up, reached by a narrow staircase with no elevator. I don't understand how this hotel is allowed to host guests, or why Booking, the platform I've used before and usually use, supports this kind of place. Maybe they should occasionally check what they're listing, especially when the reviews are unanimously negative. I admit I didn't read them before booking, and I blame myself for that.
