We’d definitely stay again. The service was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine. The room was okay, just a little small. It’s a great location for exploring Beziers on foot, with public underground parking right in front of the hotel. There’s also a nice, quiet spot outside where you can sit.

Our room looked out over the plaza and fountains, which was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable with fresh, clean linen. The shower was wonderful to stand under, and breakfast was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A charming hotel, perfectly placed for seeing the touristic sites of Beziers. We loved our stay and can only say great things. Well done!

One of the very few truly top hotels we’ve stayed at. The place was clean and super comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location right on the beautiful main square was great. Absolutely recommended 💯

The staff were very attentive and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is gorgeous, with lovely paintings and sculptures, and the rooms were beautiful and well equipped. Don’t miss the chance to stay here.

I had my bag stolen at the café, and the response was shameful. At first, they said they would check the camera and contact the technical staff the next day. But despite my immediate request and the bag being visible on camera, they ignored all my requests to check the CCTV. It felt as though they were covering up for the theft. I left all my contact details and they deliberately didn’t reply. There’s no security and they don’t care about clients. If you must go to this hotel or its cafeteria, know that they won’t care or respond to an emergency.
