Francis and Hanane gave us such a warm welcome, always with a smile, and the service was great. Breakfast was generous, with delicious fresh food. Our superior room was very comfortable, with a large balcony looking out over green golf course views. The house is pretty, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, but everything is walkable, and the nicest beaches were less than 10-15 minutes away. A wonderful base for exploring Biarritz and the surrounding area.

Francis and Hannane were such friendly, attentive hosts, and Francis gave us great tips for seeing Biarritz and the surrounding area. Breakfasts were generous, with homemade cakes, and the whole place was spotless. We stayed for a perfect 10 days and will definitely be back to our Biarritz home base. See you soon! The guesthouse is in a quiet neighborhood, so nights were restful, unlike in the center. Our room overlooking the golf course was pleasant, close to the beach, about 5 minutes away, and 15 minutes from the city center. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated, and the king-size bed was very comfortable.

We didn’t need a car while staying here, with the beach nearby and the town center only 15 minutes away. The guesthouse was peaceful, and our room had a lovely golf course view. Breakfast was generous, and Francis and Hannane were very friendly. We had a perfect stay and highly recommend it.

Light, modern rooms with a little kitchenette cleverly hidden behind a wardrobe, plus modern air conditioning. Everything was spotless and the location was perfect. The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who looked after every need, the kind of customer service that’s rare these days. If you’re sensitive to noise, ask for a southwest-facing room: lawnmowers can sometimes be heard toward the golf course. It didn’t bother us.
