Really good value for the money. It's a great spot for walks, close to surfing spots, and has a relaxed, easygoing feel.

It's a good location, around a 20-minute walk to the city center. But the room has no AC, and some nights were too hot. We were also expected to remove all the bed sheets and towels before check-in, which hadn't been mentioned anywhere.

We had a lovely welcome, clear instructions and fabulous staff. We upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with a balcony and sea view, and it was well worth it. The location was lovely, with a big car park, close to milady beach and about a 15-minute walk to the lively centre of Biarritz. We also walked to the lighthouse. The rooftop bar at radisson has fantastic views, and bar extoli bibi.

My son and I had a great week here. He gave surfing a try. The rooms were comfortable and warm, the staff friendly and very helpful, and the location was great.
