The location was hard to beat, and our room felt new and clean, with modern touches. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and amazing: you order the night before, then choose to have it brought to your room or eat in the lobby. What a great hotel find!

The customer service was extraordinary from the moment we arrived. Everyone greeted us with a smile and was helpful and welcoming. They’re pet friendly, and provided a bed and food and water bowls for my dog. The hotel is new, in a handy spot for exploring Biarritz, and the rooms are nice. The shower was perfect, and even the toiletries were top notch. Breakfast was delicious and included in the rate. The price was very reasonable, great value.

They added 200 euros to our bill without asking because we left a few extra shopping bags in the room after checkout. That really didn’t feel ethical, and to me this place isn’t worth the price or a four-star rating. We also had no shower door, and the junior suite’s view was barely of the beach. Breakfast was sparse. I’d take the negative reviews seriously.

Lorie was friendly, quick, and helpful with everything we asked for. The rooms were nice, and the hotel is new and really well placed for exploring Biarritz. Fantastic service.

The welcome was excellent, and the food at breakfast was all good quality, though I’d have liked hot options like fried eggs, pork belly, or bacon. My room faced the street opposite a nightclub, and the noise kept me awake from 3 to 5 a.m.!!!
