Biarritz Océan Résidence Hôtelière

The staff made traveling with our baby much easier. They had the cot ready, let us check in early after our early flight, and kept our bags on departure day so we didn't have to carry them around after check-out. Rooms were fairly basic, but clean and well equipped. The location is very central, a short stroll from cafes, restaurants and the beach. Bus #36 from the airport stops right at the end of the road.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was comfortable, clean and cleaned every day. The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Maybe the pillows could be more comfortable, and some noise at night is possible, though that's no surprise in the center.

We found the apartment spacious and comfortable, with attentive staff who were willing to help and spoke Spanish. It's in the city center, close to museums and restaurants. There's a small restaurant directly across from the building, with good French food and a good location. The parking area has only a few spaces, but it's on the same level as reception.

The room was warm, a bit dirty when we arrived, and street noise made it hard to sleep. I'd definitely choose the garden side over the street. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away. The front desk staff were great, helpful, accommodating, spoke English and quickly gave directions. When we left an item behind, they promptly offered to ship it. The tricky part was the short desk schedule, 7-10 AM and 4-7:30 PM, which made it hard to get help planning the day if we slept in or went for breakfast.
