Getting around was easy with the golf carts, and there’s free parking outside. The restaurant served really delicious meals. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. It’s a beautiful property with a huge grounds and lovely views.

The location is great when the weather cooperates, but the property is isolated, and you’re stuck waiting there for the promised “gastronomy” that didn’t seem to be there. The restaurant is supposed to have one star, but the bistro menu put me off trying it. This feels like an overrated, high-end bed and breakfast, not the five-star hotel it’s sold as. It was seriously understaffed.

The setting is stunning and the staff were attentive, but our room and the parts of the wider site we saw could use some TLC. It doesn’t feel five-star at the moment.

The rooms are beautiful, private, and amazing, and the atmosphere is serene. I found the restaurant a little too quiet. You reach the place by a secluded, winding road and pass through a gate. After parking, we were given a golf cart to get around for the rest of our stay. It’s quite an amazing place, with beautiful views of the rolling Pyranese mountains from the restaurant and pool patio.
