The restaurant was wonderful, though I can’t comment on the rooms since I didn’t stay overnight. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and really tasty, all made by the talented young chef. Staff were friendly, polite and professional, and paid great attention to everything. Even with our large group, they stayed patient and helpful. Highly recommend!
The wine suggestions paired perfectly with the meal, and our kids enjoyed dinner just as much as we did. Every dish was flavorful and carefully made, with a lovely, sophisticated presentation. A real gourmet evening, and a great choice for adults and families who enjoy good food.
We found lovely walks nearby and beautiful views from the hotel, plus there was an EV charger. We booked at the last minute while traveling back from Spain to France, but the area would make a lovely destination on its own. The hotel was spotless, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Dinner was delicious and the service exemplary. We’ll definitely return.
The garden was nice and the place itself decent, but we left unhappy with the service. We needed somewhere for the night, and when we asked for another room because ours was up two flights of stairs and my sister had had surgery, the staff answered very rudely. They weren’t smiling either, so we didn’t feel welcome.
The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and the evening meal was fantastic for the price. The rooms were compact but nicely done, and the stay was great value. I’ll likely come back :)
