The cold was unbearable. Even with the heating turned all the way up before we contacted Véronique, the apartment stayed freezing, and we spent the evening in our coats and under blankets. Closing the window made no difference. When we told Véronique, she was dismissive and condescending, and suggested an open window vent was to blame. Then the owner told Airbnb that we hadn't switched on the heating. That simply wasn't true. When guests report a bad experience, the host should reflect on what happened instead of blaming them to avoid responsibility. The accommodation sits in a peaceful, green setting, and it might be nice in summer. But based on our winter stay and the owner's response, I wouldn't rent it in winter. It was a dreadful experience.

The host was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond, and we'd happily come back. The apartment itself was lovely, cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Its location was excellent, and having a parking space was a real plus. Thanks for everything! 😁😁

We really enjoyed staying at Véronique's. The garden furniture and summer kitchen were a lovely bonus, and the apartment was spotless, cozy, and such a pleasant place to be. 👍👍

Exactly as described, 10/10. The studio was bright, comfortable, spotless, and well equipped, right in the middle of a beautiful garden. Magnificent, one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in.

Thanks to Véronique for adjusting the Airbnb schedule so we could spend a day working remotely in such an idyllic spot. The apartment is well located and easy to reach, even on foot from the train station, and internet access is available. I'd recommend it for a work trip or another kind of stay.
