That mandarin soufflé is one of the best desserts I’ve ever had, and the flavor changes regularly. You can also order from the cocktail lounge, which is a real plus. The staff know their subject and are professional, though we did have some long waits now and then. The restaurant’s seafood focus means there’s usually just one option without seafood, generally poultry. I’ve heard that dish isn’t very tasty, though I didn’t try it myself. I did share the chicken for two once, and thought it was fairly good. The sole meunière for two was a little tough, perhaps because the fish was so large. The views are spectacular and make for a peaceful, immersive atmosphere. The food is generally excellent and beautifully presented, but portions can be uneven: some starters are almost a meal, while others are quite small. The egg parfait is nearly a full breakfast and outstanding, and the cucurbit soup is divine. It’s a very expensive experience, but I think it’s worth the price.
