I had a furnished ground-floor studio with its own garden, which was really chic. The internet was good, though I had to log in again and again. Storage is limited: there’s no large wardrobe, chest of drawers, or bookshelves, even though there’s room for another piece of furniture, so don’t pack too many clothes 😋. For a few weeks the kitchen setup is fine, but for a longer stay you’d probably want to buy some extra kitchenware. And bring a wall poster unless you like being surrounded by white walls 😉. It has what you need for a temporary stay, while a longer one would call for decorating and adapting the space.

I’ve lived here for two years and have been very happy with it. I’ve stayed in three different flats, two studios and then a one-bedroom, and each was spacious and quiet. I can’t speak to what the other reviewer experienced with repairs, but whenever I’ve asked the manager, Dimitri, for something, he’s been prompt, helpful, and dedicated. The internet did have some problems, but those have since been sorted out. The technical support team is also great at finding solutions. I’d give the place six stars if I could!

The studios are a good size, around 30 square meters, and the apartments come furnished as one or two rooms with the amenities you need. They’re easy to reach and very close to the templier bus stop. Many have a lovely view of the Golf. Furnishings include a computer desk, a roughly 21-inch television, two wooden chairs with a wooden coffee table, and two plastic garden chairs with a matching table. Some units have a sofa bed, while others have a regular bed and mattress.

It’s fine for a short visit, but I found it tiring to stay longer. The internet was very unreliable, sometimes not working at all. Problems can take months to get fixed, or never get fixed, despite being told repeatedly they’d be sorted within a few days. The area itself is quiet and pleasant, with a shop and bus stop close by.
