I was close to changing hotels because the restaurant and bar service was so poor. Then new staff arrived in that department, and what a difference. Most of them did excellent work, but Ms Chiara deserves a special mention. She was caring, hospitable, and an outstanding host, a real credit to any hotel business. The Pulman in Blagnac is lucky to have her. Congratulations to the people who hired her, and to her for being such a strong professional despite her young age.

The breakfast was perfect, and the vegetables and chicken were delicious. The bedroom was okay, but the hotel is too expensive for its level and urgently needs renovation. When I arrived, the lift wasn't working, and the stairs and carpet were dirty. The gym is too small, though at least it has windows looking onto the terrace. The hotel's proximity to the airport is really useful.

The pool looked excellent, and breakfast was great. Dinner was limited to snacks at the bar or in the room, presumably because it was still the quiet season and the hotel was quiet. Our room was quiet too. The hotel is a little quirky but nice and clean, and the staff were excellent. It's within five minutes' drive of the airport. We chose a taxi, and the driver got moody when we said where we were going, only €11. He told me there's a free bus, but we'd already found the taxi and he had to suck it up. We enjoyed our stay and wished we'd had more than one day. There was a baby rabbit behind the hotel, not for dinner.

The staff were amazing and so helpful, and the location is good for the terminal. The room was clean but dated. The air conditioning was poor, and even at its lowest setting the room stayed hot. Unplugging the fridge helped a little, but not enough for a decent night's sleep. We wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast was amazing, and everything ran smoothly. When we needed it, the team even drove us to the airport in the van. The GM, Pascal, who is the FOM, and everyone else were so warm and helpful. It was really hot too :) People were friendly and professional, the kind of welcome I'd love to find everywhere I travel. Thanks for the difference you make. We'll meet again. Yours, Maria and Alejandro.
