Hôtel 17.4 - Lycée d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme

Eating at one of the school's restaurants is always a pleasure. This time the gala's "test" menu was especially worth mentioning, it was exquisite and delicious. The students served us wonderfully and kept the atmosphere cheerful. Remember to book on the school website.

A great high school, with a good education delivered rigorously and professionally. The teachers are good, especially on the vocational side. Try the training restaurant and see the students at work as they cook and serve your meal.

The students were polite, involved, and keen to make us happy. We booked for a business lunch and were pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. A special mention for our waiter, Leo, who's left-handed even though everything he's learning is designed for right-handed people. See you in 2024 for our next lunch.

We first went with friends in February 2024, seven of us at the table. For €251 total, the €25 meal included an aperitif, two bottles of wine, a Chablis and a Lalande de Pomerol, and four coffees. The food was excellent and well prepared, served by enthusiastic young people. We had sturgeon, beetroot on a biscuit, rib-eye steak with potatoes, goat cheese, and a coffee dessert. The setting was pleasant, and we'd gladly return. We came back in November 2025 to the brasserie and had a fantastic, refined meal. The young trainees were cheerful and served us pleasantly, even making cocktails such as whiskey with honey Schweppes. We'll definitely be back.
