The children from the CFA next door kept shouting and running through the corridors until midnight. I complained to reception several times, but even the staff didn't seem to know how to handle it. If you need to get up early for work, as I did at 5am, this place is a poor choice. I barely got any sleep, so it felt like wasted money. Workers should stay away.

The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. We brought our minor son to the residence on Sunday so he would be there for Monday morning at the CMA. We were welcomed very warmly, and the tour and explanations were just right.

Our son studies at the CFA and is very happy with his stays here. We found the premises very clean, and the staff attentive and friendly. We recommend this establishment.

The building is new, with excellent sound and thermal insulation, and the value for money is very good. We also got a great welcome from charming, competent staff. The Wi-Fi network, though, is sorely lacking.
