The state of the rooms left me shocked. They were smoky and smelled strongly, and the filth was unlike anything I’d seen before. The conditions felt like a prison cell or a run-down hospital in a backward country. Paying 50 euros for this in France, especially in Provence, was hard to believe. The poor cleanliness and maintenance felt disrespectful to guests, and the standard was far below what I expected in such a well-known region. It seemed clear that management doesn’t prioritize guests’ comfort or satisfaction. I’d urge anyone considering this place to pay more and stay somewhere else. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing, left a bitter taste, and significantly tarnished my view of France. It says a lot about this establishment’s standards and professionalism.

The rooms are basic, but the night was really quiet and I slept well until morning. I got a very nice welcome, and although I don’t speak French, she spoke very good English. Totally recommendable.

The room was very clean and tidy, and it’s a very good hotel for the price. The lady at the desk gave amazing service, five stars, she was really lovely. I’d definitely stay again.

Fine if you’re only staying to sleep, but getting through the parking gate after 9pm is a puzzle. I struggled with it for 30 minutes, along with two other people who were also stuck and very glad I could help them. Phone service is awesome. Service in person is garbage.
