B&B HOTEL Paris Est Bondy

The sink had an ugly stain from earlier damage, which was the one real problem I noticed. Otherwise, it was pretty decent. The bed was super comfy, the shower was good, and breakfast was average, with scrambled eggs and bacon as the hot option. For a two-star hotel, it was great, cheap and cheerful.

The price was way too much for what they offer, and I won't be going back. The rooms weren't really clean, and the old bathroom felt so dirty I was worried about catching something. The pillows and the whole bed smelled like stale cigarettes. Breakfast had hardly any choices, honestly worse than what most people would have at home. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially if you have kids. Very disappointed 👎

Wi-Fi was free and worked, and the staff were friendly and kind, though they didn't seem to understand what good service means. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had: very little to choose from, no cheese or eggs, just sweet food. On the second morning, there were no ceramic or glass cups, so we had to use plastic ones even for hot drinks. They said there were too many guests and no one to wash dishes. Some rooms smelled bad and had mold on the walls.

I loved the breakfast, with plenty to choose from and reasonable prices. From the moment I walked in the hotel door until I got to my room, I had a great experience and nothing bad to say. The receptionist was wonderful, polite, and attentive to guests. For a two-star hotel, it was tidy and clean, and the cleaning ladies were lovely. Thanks for the cleaning and kindness, and a big thank you to the whole team. I'm sure I'll be back one day. Happy holidays to everyone.
