Ecolodge Residence Sophia

The pools are heated and work well for younger kids, and the beds were much more comfortable than at other places we’ve stayed. We really liked the lovely staff and the house, which is just outside Bonifacio. The bathroom had been newly renovated, and the rest was in good shape too. We’ll definitely come back, hopefully for longer next time.

The staff were the friendliest and best at service I’ve experienced at a hotel. The clean, comfortable houses have fireplaces where you can cook your own dinner, which was amazing, and there’s a great pool. This is the place to stay if you’re going to Bonifacio.

The lodge was lovely and had everything we needed, though there was a slight damp smell that seems like it should be easy to fix. We loved staying at Residence Sophia. The location is perfect, and the owner was really friendly and shared lots of information. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was very disappointing to pay 160 Euro for one night and receive no service, while also being expected to clean the room ourselves. We spent a week in Corsica, and this was easily the most disappointing place for the price. The bathroom was all cheap plastic, like a camping place. The accommodation is nice enough, but nothing extraordinary. It felt like they were just trying to make a quick buck. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
