The shop was open, but they wouldn’t serve us because it was supposedly closed. At 11:30 in the morning, we just wanted an ice cream. The opening hours are poor.

After a long hike, this was just the right stop. The salads and ice cream were great.

The food was bland and the customer service was terrible. The place itself was okay.

The staff were rude.

The setting is gorgeous and peaceful, and we had a lovely room looking out at the waterfall. We stayed in August with my boyfriend. Breakfast was very good, and Thierry and Alain made it even nicer with warm service and a lively, smiling, funny conversation. You can go there with your eyes closed!
