Hotel Kyriad Créteil/Bonneuil-sur-Marne

I keep coming back whenever I'm in France. The jazz feel in the lobby is one of my favorite things, and the bar is right beside reception, so it's easy to get a drink. The staff are lovely and fun to chat with, the hotel stays very clean, and the food is surprisingly good for a hotel. On this visit they gave me a renovated room with a jazz theme and trumpets for lamps, a nice touch. I'll definitely come back on my next trip. It's the best hotel just outside Paris!

The staff were kind and helpful, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Breakfast was a buffet with a reasonably good range of choices, served nicely in the dining area, though I went elsewhere for dinner each night. The hotel is right by the Messidor-Libertés bus stop, with a large roundabout opposite. For a first night, I was accidentally put in a room that hadn't been cleaned or prepared. The staff quickly spotted the mistake, apologized, and moved me to a very nice room for the next two nights. The following morning they asked whether I'd like it cleaned while I was out. I said yes, and when I returned it was clean, tidy, and up to standard.

I found the staff especially polite and helpful. In the evening there's a bar for a drink and a pool table to play on. Breakfast is a buffet, the choice isn't huge but it's fine. The rooms are clean and on the small side, with some parts looking a little worn. Bathrooms have either a tub or a shower, and soap is provided. It's a decent, basic place if you need to stay near Orly airport.

We've stayed here many times and tried the other hotels nearby too. This is the only place in the area we'd choose. The staff are so friendly and pleasant, speak English, and make you feel genuinely welcome with their smiles. The rooms are comfortable, the shower works really well, and the hair dryer is a proper strong one that dries your hair quickly, like at home. The pillows are fantastic too, especially the extra memory foam one. I woke up feeling well rested. I hope we get to come back with family and friends and enjoy another nice stay with the lovely hotel staff.
