Les Hauts d'Etretat

We were looking forward to our stay, but had no instructions for getting into the room, and the owner wasn't at the property. We arrived and spent more than an hour looking around before the access details finally came through at 8 PM. By then we had left and had to find somewhere else to stay. Our booking company won't refund us even though we couldn't get into the room. They say they haven't been able to reach the owner. If you book here, make sure you know how to access your room, or you might lose your money and end up without a place to sleep, like we did. If the owner sees this and can help put things right, I'm happy to remove the review. I've never left a bad one before, and the property seems nice. But it was unfair and, to me, absolutely unethical to charge us when we had no instructions and couldn't access the room.

A peaceful little B&B with really comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. It's extremely clean, and the owner is the nicest person. The whole place feels like something out of a Disney movie. I can see myself coming back again and again!

We stayed in la chambre belle de nuit, a separate little house in the garden. It was fantastic, really spacious, and had two bedrooms. The centre of etretat was only a 5 minute drive away. A stylish, unusual place with a fairytale feel. The grounds are big, green, and peaceful, and it's close to Etretat. The host was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect. I wish I could stay here forever.
