This is a set of private rooms behind a shop, not a hotel, and there’s no reception. The owner even shared my personal information with other guests in case she wasn’t there when I arrived. That’s unacceptable.

The place is well located, near the city centre. We were passing through Bordeaux and found the downstairs room with its patio very nice. The upstairs room was rather small, had a low ceiling, and no bathroom, so you have to go downstairs. Breakfast was simple but handy to have in the kitchen. I’d give the accommodation 8 out of 10. Parking in Bordeaux is a major downside unrelated to the accommodation: €34 for four hours and 15 minutes.
