A lovely place, close to the centre and the tram. The hosts are nice, so ask them what’s worth visiting 👍👍👍

The tram nearby was handy, and there are parking spaces beside the guesthouse. The managers were welcoming and friendly, gave us tourist tips, and were lovely with our little dog. The room layout is unusual, though: we were staying with friends and hadn’t been told that the bathroom and toilet were in the room without a separating wall. We were also told our dog wasn’t sociable and ignored other dogs, but she can still attack another dog out of jealousy, even though she’s adorable with people. It would have helped to know in advance that cards aren’t accepted. Having to withdraw cash just before leaving was inconvenient, especially in a somewhat dodgy neighborhood. One more thing for swimmers: the pool isn’t heated and sits in the shade for half the day, so it was too cold for us to use. A few things could be improved, but thank you for the stay.

Breakfast by the pool was a lovely part of our stay, especially with the excellent homemade jam. The house is beautiful and ideally placed near the tram into the city centre. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of good tips to make the most of the region. We had a really good time and will keep this place in mind for another visit to Bordeaux.

The decor was super cool, and we were glad we took the suggested detour for the route back along the estuary and the visit to Talmont. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house with our two children. The setting is magnificent and very well located, with the tram just two minutes away for a quick ride to the town centre. The owners were charming and attentive to our comfort, and their sightseeing advice was excellent. A big thank you!

With our young children, we felt put on the spot as soon as we arrived. If you're travelling with kids, I’d avoid this bed and breakfast. It wasn’t especially welcoming, particularly she, despite seeming quite the opposite on the phone. The stay felt oppressive, and we wanted to leave early but couldn’t because everything was booked during summer 2020. We ended up trying to get out early each morning and come back as late as possible. Nothing exceptional here. The one bright spot was being very happy to leave on departure day 🤫
