Even on a side street in the middle of everything, the hotel stayed quiet, with no city noise. It’s a fabulous base near major sights, good restaurants, and the tram, which made getting around Bordeaux easy. We stayed four nights and upgraded to a larger room, which was clean and comfortable. A practical plus: the shower door closes all the way, so water didn’t get on the floor. The staff were friendly and helped when Comptoir de la Laverie came to pick up our laundry on the weekend. We loved visiting Bordeaux and highly recommend the hotel.

The Majestic made a strong impression with its friendly, welcoming staff, who were helpful throughout. The front of house manager gave us especially good support and kept the details of our visit well organized. Our spacious room was spotless and modern, with lovely views. Breakfast and dinner both offered plenty of choices, all excellent quality. We had a truly wonderful stay and look forward to coming back soon.

The staff were sincerely amazing and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was great. Our spacious rooms were super quiet and beautifully updated. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of most city attractions and just one block from the main tram station.

The canelés at reception were somehow tastier than the famous ones I tried around the city. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The standard room can feel pretty small if you’ve got a big suitcase, but I still had a wonderful stay. 🤲

We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Majestic Bordeaux. The staff were both professional and extremely friendly. A special thanks to Mouhiddine on the night shift for kind, helpful, truly outstanding service. We felt very welcome and would gladly return. Highly recommend!
