A cosy flat with French style, close to both the city centre and bus stops.

A great deal.

We had excellent communication with Alatz, who shared useful information about the city and helped make the stay comfortable. The apartment felt cosy and had everything we needed to feel at home for a few days, including a kitchen with plenty of utensils. There’s free parking very close by. We’d definitely come back.

We left three days early because we couldn’t take the place anymore. It was dirty, the area felt very unsafe, and Alatz, who checked us in, was extremely rude and made everything difficult. There were cobwebs, the kitchen had empty oil bottles, and for two people staying five days there were only three rolls of toilet paper. The room smelled strongly of damp, and being at street level meant passersby could see inside. A fast-food place right next door brought motorcyclists queuing in front of us while we cooked, on top of all the noise. The area is central and near tourist sites, but it felt like the worst part of the city, with local groups around and a very unsettling atmosphere. People approached us asking for money as soon as we left the building. On the first day we had to pay for parking because the previous tenant had taken the parking card. The landlord only returned that day's parking cost three weeks into our stay, and did so very reluctantly. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. Stay away.
