Breakfast was very good, served in a large, quiet room, with fresh, nicely presented hot and cold choices. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout the hotel. Our room was a good size, cozy, quiet, well equipped, and very clean, with no spots or old furniture or appliances. It had everything we needed, including especially good quality Nuxe toiletries. The hotel is well placed for walking to the historic centre and monuments. Congratulations, and thanks for everything.

We spent three nights at the Mercure centre ville and had a great time. Reception and housekeeping gave exceptional service. My girlfriend left her things on her side of the bed during the day, and the staff left them untouched. They left her side unmade but still made my side of the bed. Such amazing attention to detail. Thanks, everyone.

The location made it really easy to walk to the attractions. The bar was fun, and the TV showed formula one. In the room there was a kettle, coffee pods, and a second door to keep hallway noise out. They even had caramels!

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We spent two nights in Bordeaux with family. It's convenient if you're arriving by car, and there's paid parking in the shopping Center next to the hotel. It's not right in the heart of town, but the old town is only a 10-minute walk away.

We stayed just one night, and it was a pleasant surprise that we could check in early and found our room had been upgraded. The location was close to the city center, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Everything about the hotel was great. I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Bordeaux.
