The location was great, with a wine shop across the road and the tram stop and Cité du Vin very close by. What really made our stay special was the staff: Monsieur Dourfer, Madame Andreea, Tea, Yulia, Charlene, and another gentleman whose name I can’t recall were all extremely kind and friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a big, comfortable bed. The little foldable chair and table came in handy for meals. The kitchen was well laid out, with a coffee machine, kettle, stove, microwave, grill, and even a dishwasher. The shower was large and lovely, and there was a retractable washing line for laundry.

The hotel and staff are lovely, and the air conditioning and window roller shutters worked great. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around, and being right on the tram line made it easy to explore the Bordeaux region.

You couldn’t ask for a better location, with a tram stop nearby, parking for an extra charge, and a well-stocked Monopris next door. The room was super clean. The kitchenette is on the small side, but it works properly.
