I don’t want to give this hotel even one star. After the accident, the staff’s response was awful. The manager focused on whether there was a technical problem in my room, and the technician said flooding like this had never happened before and couldn’t explain where the water came from. The manager then told me the hotel wasn’t responsible for what happened inside the room. No one asked if I was okay before I checked out. They seemed completely unprepared for an emergency, and I regret not calling the police right away. I checked in at 10 pm on Aug 7th 2024. Around midnight, I slipped near the kitchen and broke my knee. I needed surgery, and the injury ruined my vacation and my life. It took several months to recover. The floor was flooded with soapy water from the kitchen to the front door. It seemed to be vinyl, and I lost control when I stepped onto the wet floor. There was nobody at reception, no ice machine, and the room phone didn’t work. I called the hotel’s emergency number but nobody answered, so I had to wait in pain until morning. The bathroom also seemed strange to me, and I wondered whether it was legally permitted. The bathtub was incredibly small. Looking at the photo I took after the fall later, I noticed a water mark on the floor crown molding. I think the room may have flooded several times.

I felt more welcome here than anywhere else. I was staying as a student while I looked for a place, and whenever I ran into a problem, the staff helped me and were really understanding. They’re super nice, the services are amazing, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Best hotel I’ve ever been to.

It looked nice when we arrived, but we ended up pretty disappointed. We’d read some good reviews, though some of them seemed fake to us. The pool is really small, so we went somewhere else. It just didn’t feel up to the standard of a 4 stars hotel. Also, people didn’t seem to be wearing masks properly, and the hotel didn’t look clean.

Bad experience for too much money, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I asked several times for the room to be cleaned while I was out and left a sign. The director spoke to me yesterday and promised to handle it, but I came back today and it still hadn’t been cleaned. The Telefon is just decoration, it doesn’t work, so there’s no way to contact reception that way. I also don’t understand why reception staff don’t speak English. They don’t even try Google Translate or anything, not a word. Maybe this hotel is only for French speaking people?

We were in room number 10, and there were plenty of ants in the bathroom. During the night, our room card stopped working, but reception was closed and there was no emergency number to call for help. Breakfast was kind of a joke, I can’t even call it a basic breakfast. The swimming pool is open from June!!!! This hotel is not worth the money!
