Au Soleil Boulonnais

There were eight of us, and we booked the large room along with a double. Everything matched the description, and the hosts welcomed us warmly and shared lots of useful information about the city and things to do. Breakfast was far better than we expected, with a great range of choices. Thanks so much for looking after us. We’ll book with you again next time we’re in Boulogne!

The hosts were warm, friendly, and helpful, and the house sits in a lovely neighborhood full of flowers. Our room was clean and well equipped, and breakfast was very good. We were visiting friends rather than sightseeing, so I can’t really comment on the location for that. We’d definitely stay again if we needed to.

We felt comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The place is in a quiet area near the old town, above the city center, and our nights were peaceful. Our room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and everything clean, tidy, and well arranged. Marie and Arnaud were so warm, attentive, and caring, and gave us great tips for places to visit and restaurants to try. It was our first bed and breakfast stay as a couple, and we left happy and sure we’d come back. Thank you both, you did a wonderful job! :)

We stayed three days with Marie and Arnaud, who looked after us so well. The rooms are roomy and well equipped, and the bedding is excellent. With the house near Boulogne town center, we could do everything on foot. We’ll definitely return.
