We had to cancel our stay within the allowed period, but despite the manager's promise, our refundable deposit still hasn't been returned. It's been seven months and we've sent several emails and made phone calls, but nobody responds. The hotel asks for a deposit when you book, so be careful about paying anything in advance. We won't come back, and I'd urge others to be cautious too.

We didn't stay the night, but spent a couple of hours on the beautiful terrace. The service was friendly, and the wine and beer were delicious. The setting is lovely, and the food being served looked amazing.

A charming little hotel with a quirky feel and lots of extras, including a pool, jacuzzi and even a pool table. Jack and Eric were super friendly. Jack was especially helpful, speaking English and giving my husband directions and ideas for places to go.

The eight-course tasting menu was a real surprise, high quality and with no advance hints about what was coming. We loved the food, the cozy table by the fire and the service. The owners and staff were professional and friendly, and the atmosphere and countryside surroundings make the place feel unique. A lovely way to experience French culture. I can only recommend it!

I paid the deposit the owner requested when I booked in March, then had to cancel our trip. Now it's nearly August and I'm still trying to get the money back. The owner sent a short note on June 21 saying it would be reimbursed, but the deposit is still being held and the owners haven't replied. Others should be warned.
