Jane's cooking is spectacular, and John and Jane's kindness makes the lovely place feel even more special. This is my third stay at Pauliac, and every time I leave it feels like I'm leaving my own home. I'm sure I'll come back.

At night the skies are clear, with no light pollution. By day, there are shady places to sit in the garden near the pool. It's comfortable and welcoming, with a real sense of splendid isolation.
