Since the caretakers changed, the building has been okay, though before that it was a complete mess. I moved into an apartment that was dirty and greasy. After checking the circuit breaker panels, they manage to disconnect the electrical outlets. Their technician also couldn’t fix a heater that wasn’t working because of an off-peak-hours connection problem.
