The manager was arrogant and aggressive every time we dealt with him. The receptionists, on the other hand, were always polite and friendly, especially the blonde lady with glasses. My room was dirty and dusty, with spiders everywhere. The desk lamp didn’t work, there was no power at the bathroom socket, and the shower water wouldn’t stay at a steady temperature. The double bed had two single mattresses at different heights. I asked to have them changed, but that wasn’t possible. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We booked about eight rooms for a work trip lasting over a week, and this hotel just isn’t suited to long stays. I don’t think the staff are used to guests staying more than a day, and the manager is a complete control freak. The star rating doesn’t match reality. Some rooms were cleaned while others weren’t, there was no shampoo, and neither the TV nor the bathroom socket worked. The walls are so thin that you can barely have a conversation without getting complaints straight away.

The shabby room wasn’t worth the price, and you can find nicer ones for less. Check-in was ridiculous too. My taxi dropped me outside the gate, but no one answered when I rang. After ten minutes, another guest let me in with the code. Then I got stuck again at the front door. No one picked up the reservation number or the emergency number displayed out front. Don’t stay here if you might arrive even a little late.

Breakfast was decent, but the Wi-Fi barely worked and kept cutting out. The pillows were terrible, the parking lot was completely full despite the hotel being small, and there were loud neighbors smoking in their rooms. I even got mooned in the parking lot, maybe the highlight. In the bathroom, the shower holder didn’t fit the shower head, so you had to hold it. The shower was cramped, barely kept water in, and the heating system was extremely loud, so don’t plug in your key. Towels were tiny and didn’t absorb well, even for someone who isn’t large. And the soap bar was so small you could accidentally eat it.
