Best Western Bourgoin Jallieu

The breakfast was lovely, with hot and cold choices that were kept replenished, and it was excellent value for money. Our room was clean and modernized, and the service was excellent day and night. Reception was accommodating when we checked in after midnight, making this a perfect stopover.

The hotel is in a quiet area with its own fenced parking, though it's a bit out of the way and not in the city center. We liked it a lot, and I'd consider staying again if we return to the Bourgoin-Jallieu area. It could also be a great base for nearby places such as Lyon. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, the room was clean and a decent size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We arrived late in the afternoon without any problem. Breakfast was good and varied. Recommended!

All the staff were really nice during my business trip. The hotel seems to be in the middle of renovations, but the BW staff still put on a cocktail party, which made the stay enjoyable. My room was clean and well kept, the hotel seemed to be in good shape overall, and the price was affordable. I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The staff made the stay for our sports team during a week-long competition. They were lovely, always up for a chat and a laugh despite our limited French, and happy to help with our equipment, vehicles and occasional unusual requests. Our rooms were modern and spacious, and stayed perfectly dark and quiet at night. This was the best hotel experience I've had. A huge thanks to everyone there, I can't recommend it enough.
