The service was so generous, and we really enjoyed the buffet, especially the black pudding. We got a lovely welcome too. Thanks, we'll definitely come back if we're in the area again.

The meals and breakfast were generous, just right for cyclists. The room was spotless and fully renovated, and everyone was very friendly. We were welcomed warmly.

There’s loads of room in the big parking lot, and this truck stop has simple, really good food made with care. It’s got a relaxed, friendly feel, with home-style dishes and a joke always ready. A great place, and one I’d recommend.

The beds were comfortable, and the manager was a very kind man who gave us a really friendly welcome. This is a quiet, restful gîte, though it’s out in nature, so if that’s not your thing, you might want to skip it. There may be a few eight-legged friends in the corners. We had to wait a little for hot water, which is normal since the gîte is some distance from the water heater. Breakfast was basic, just toast, butter, homemade jam, coffee, and hot chocolate, but there was plenty of it. You can ask the owner for more if you want, though you probably won’t need to.
