The Abbey is stunning and about a 20-minute walk away, in one of the most beautiful villages we've seen. The site had all the amenities we needed, along with a great bar and pool.

The price for a night was very reasonable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The facilities were clean, though I couldn't find a grey water dump on site; there is somewhere in town to empty waste. It's about a 20-25 minute walk into town, but the uphill return was a bit of a struggle for us old uns. I've stayed at a five-star site elsewhere, and there's no comparison, so I can only give this one three stars. Still, I'd definitely come back.

You can walk to the city in about 20 minutes. It's a good place to stay, though there aren't enough showers and toilets.

We stopped in for a brew, then left because a very large cat was trying to get into our motorhome and I have allergies. The site was unkempt.

A peaceful stay at a fair price, with very friendly staff. Thanks for having us.
