B&B HOTEL Brest Centre Port De Commerce

I'd never stayed with a B&B group before. The room was spacious and comfortable, including the bed and toilet. It felt very modern, with thoughtful design throughout, and the lighting was arranged to avoid eye strain. I'd recommend it and would look to book one on my next trip.

Great location for the old port of brest, with secure parking for bikes. The guys serving breakfast were really helpful, and there's plenty of choice for dinner at the marina. Merci.

Spotless, roomy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A good choice for a short trip with friends.

The area was unpleasant, right on a busy main road, with no view and only offices nearby. Restaurants were a good 10-minute walk along the road. There was no outdoor seating or grass for the dogs. I booked a sea-view room if possible, but mine faced a car park. The parking didn't feel secure either, since a public path with no gates runs through the lot guests pay to use. The room shook, and the noise scared me and the dogs. It sounded like an air lock, as if someone was trying to get in, and it happened repeatedly. Reception did little beyond opening the door when the code failed. The heavy doors also need clearer instructions. I couldn't figure out how to get outside at 10 p.m. with the dogs. When I tried to open one, it slammed back on me and injured my toe, while the receptionist watched. They need to get up from behind the window and help with those doors. This was the worst hotel of my long trip around Normandie and Brittany. Reception did nothing to help with the problems, and I won't stay here again.
