Braveo Lambiliz

We spent a few days there as a family, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It was very clean and well equipped. We were greeted with a lovely little box of coffee, tea, Capri Sun, plus a city map and activity information. That kind of welcome is rare with other hosts. The location is right in the middle of everything. We’ll be back!

The apartment and the price are good, but managing the place was a real problem. We were told someone would bring the keys after we called on arrival. An hour went by with nobody turning up, so we rang again and found out the keys were actually in a box. Inside, the bathtub and bathroom weren't clean, and the sofa had a big stain. It was booked for three people, but there were only two spoons, and no duvet or blanket for the sofa, so there was no second bed. The hot water ran out after a quick shower. Cars were doing burnouts every night.

The place had good equipment, but several things were damaged, including a broken sliding wardrobe door and a damaged shower door. It also wasn't very clean.

The whole family had a lovely time in this apartment. We'd happily stay here again.
