The pool area was a lovely place to relax, especially in 35 degree heat. The hotel is really close to Bourges, with lots to do nearby. The room was basic and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bath and shower were lovely, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was really nice too. My one gripe is there’s no tea or coffee setup in the room. We’d come back, but I’ll bring my own travel kettle.

The man at reception didn’t speak English, but he was still polite and accommodating. It’s pretty much in the middle of France, and as far as I know, the area isn’t especially touristy, so why would he? I was just passing through and stayed one night. The room was small and a bit tired, and breakfast was okay. Pretty average overall.

The beds were comfortable, and breakfast had fresh ingredients. It’s in a quiet spot and welcomes dogs, though guests with dogs can’t use rooms with offers attached.

Basic but good. The staff member was swimming in the guests’ pool, which wasn’t okay.
