The staff made everything easy for us. We arrived ahead of schedule and they let us check in early, then gave us two extra hours after checkout since our flight was late that night. They also booked an airport taxi. Solène, Johana and Charlotte did their best to communicate in English, which helped a lot with my very poor French. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time. The bathroom setup, though, was a real problem. It sits at the foot of the bed behind a sliding glass door that’s meant to look like a mirror from the room, but it doesn’t fully hide what’s going on, especially with the room dark and the bathroom light on. You can see your partner on the toilet. There used to be a regular door, apparently, and it was replaced with this one to make room for an unnecessarily large TV on the wall. Why use glass for a bathroom door at all?

The modern look is a plus, but the rooms felt smaller than the advertised 18m2. My main issue was with the manager and receptionist: I asked to have the room cleaned during my stay, and they refused, saying this was due to Covid regulations. That explanation was complete BS. The management team needs a reset.

A lovely little hotel: the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, and the price was low. It’s central but quiet, and the room was clean, comfortable, modern, and well equipped.

It’s very close to both the train station and the city centre, and I had an excellent stay. When I’m back in Brest, this will be my first choice.
