The place was clean and the customer service was very good. The young receptionist with a beard was professional, articulate, energetic, and clearly committed to doing a good job. We were welcomed politely. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

A good spot for a tired traveler who just needs somewhere to sleep for a night or two. The room is small but fine for that, and very clean. The toilet seat and tap were loose, so maintenance wasn’t great, but the bed works for two and there’s heating and a private shower. No real downsides for me.

What a horrible stay. The rooms were tiny, poorly ventilated, dirty, and smelled of damp mixed with cigarette smoke. There were burn marks from cigarettes all over the place. During the days I was there, I saw people going to their cars to rest until the nights cooled down. Only one of the employees stood out in a good way. The others seemed lazy and unconcerned about the hotel’s condition. They let people drink water mixed with juice because they didn’t want to replace the juice carton, while they were busy smoking on the terrace. Breakfast was ridiculous too. One of the staff served burnt bread after getting distracted on the terrace instead of throwing it away. This place has so much potential, but it’s being wasted.

This was my third visit. The staff didn’t ask for my passport on the first two visits, but today, when I was a little dirty from work, they asked for it. Then they mistyped my country. That’s not a problem for me, but how do you manage to confuse two different countries? I’m from Uzbekistan and my company is from Poland. I don’t know where the blind guy got Ukraine from.
