We stopped here for one night on the way to Italy and liked it so much that we found a way to book a second. The site was peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the owner was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a hut with a very clean room, a really comfortable bed and great facilities. The pool and the toilet and shower blocks were spotless too. Feeding the goats and hens was lovely, and we had some beautiful walks around the site. We're booking again this year. We were charged an extra 60 euros for two nights. The tent we'd booked wasn't ready when we arrived, so they put us in a camper lodge for another 20 euros. It was very hot in May, and there were no fans in the rooms. They also charged us 40 euros for cleaning even though we left the rooms as we found them. Avoid.

Wild rabbits and foxes regularly wander across the grounds, and there are lovely permanent residents. The site is spacious, carefully laid out, genuinely ecological, and mown conservatively. It's surrounded by organic crop fields and reasonably priced too. I found it a hundred times nicer than any of the nearby seaside campsites. It's rare to find a place like this.

We were absolutely gutted. The caretaker will take money from your deposit no matter how spotless you leave the room. Replying to your comment: We didn't leave a mess, and I can prove it because I took photos of the house before and after. We didn't use your pots, pans or cleaning supplies; we brought our own. We swept and mopped before leaving. What more do you expect your customers to do? I'm not surprised the place was completely vacant. Good luck.

The owner gave us a lovely welcome and even rode ahead on our bikes to show us the best beach. Such a kind gesture. The facilities are clean, the covered pool is large, and there's plenty of room around each pitch. Phone signal was good, and bike paths made it easy to reach nearby villages and small towns. You can also get croissants and bread if you order the day before.
