The location is brilliant, and the animation team was a highlight. My kids had a great week. I feel bad giving a lower rating when some of the team gave excellent service, but unfortunately the whole team wasn’t at the same level. There’s a lot of upgrading needed around the site and in the rooms. It’s worth going for the location and included animation, but don’t expect the best rooms.

The room was spacious and simple, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s nice for a family holiday and works for all ages, with food available even for babies. The indoor pool is a bonus. One thing to know: there’s no or very poor internet and phone coverage in the rooms. Wi-Fi is available in the reception and lobby, where the teenagers were very quiet ;)

There was just one thing that didn’t work for me. If you’re alone with children, you can’t go on excursions because the mini club finishes at 17h, while most excursions end after 18H. I couldn’t go anywhere since I had to collect my child from the mini club.
