After tiring days skiing, it was great not to have to cook. Dinner was delicious every night, and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were really friendly and attentive. We loved staying here in March 2024, thanks!

We were having trouble finding a restaurant for our last evening in France, then came across Hotel Le Val Vert. The staff knew a lot about food allergies and were very happy to help. 😁 I chose the sea bass, 9/10. It came beautifully arranged over fresh vegetables, with crisp skin from pan-frying, and the vegetables went perfectly with it. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms and spa look as if they were built a long time ago, and the spa doesn’t feel like a proper one. It looks cheap. In general, don’t assume the photos or description show everything accurately. Dinner was average, nothing special but not terrible. There were no vegetarian dishes. When I asked, they offered eggs, which isn’t restaurant-level service. Breakfast was weaker than at an average hotel: a small table with ham, eggs and maybe sausages, but no vegetables. An hour after breakfast started, I asked whether more omelette was coming and was told it had run out.
