ibis Brignoles

My room had a balcony, and the shower was great. The bathroom was modern, and the room itself was clean, quiet, and well designed. This was my first time staying at an IBIS Hotel, and the staff and service were excellent. Good value for the money.

My husband had heatstroke on our drive from Andorra to France and was feeling awful. Every 20 minutes I went down to reception to ask for water, ice, salt, yogurt, or more ice, and they helped me each time. They were so kind and helpful, thank you all so much. We had a good time with you, and I wish the whole team the best. We had first booked Ibis budget, but changed our plans after seeing the facility when we arrived, and the receptionist kindly helped change the reservation. Our room was clean as always and had a terrace. The pool was a huge plus, and the hotel restaurant looked fancy and served delicious food.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with jam, apple puree, and baked goods, and the coffee was decent. The beds were clean and fresh, the shower was nice, and the room layout was well planned, with windows facing the "garden". We had a quiet night and fresh air in the room.

Fine for a stopover, and breakfast is included, with the usual French continental options. I’d book somewhere else for a main meal. The place was clean and friendly, but the rooms are small and can feel claustrophobic, so I wouldn’t plan a long stay. There’s no elevator, which makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users, although there’s only one floor.
