The room was clean, the location was convenient, and most things went smoothly. The price was fair, with a good balance for the money, so I’d give the stay 8 out of 10. The bed in room 182 wasn’t very comfortable and could use improvement. I also didn’t like the late check-in arrangement. I arrived after 9 PM and was sent to the regular IBIS next door to check in. The receptionist there said he needed to take my credit card and look at its back, including the security code, because no card machine was available then. I understand the situation, but I still think they should have a terminal ready. Handling all of someone’s card details like that doesn’t feel safe or professional. Aside from those two issues, everything else was fine.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were lovely too, and the continental breakfast was very good. Our accessible room had a very spacious bathroom, and the location worked well for what we needed to do. We ate at the restaurant in the other ibis next door twice, and it was very nice. We stayed four nights and would come back.

I hadn’t booked and was tired after a long drive from Austria to the Pyrenees, so I stopped here for the night. It’s a good hotel for a transit stop, right by the highway. Finding it with my car GPS was a bit challenging, especially since the roundabout after the highway exit has 7 exits. I missed mine and ended up in a small neighborhood.

The check-in receptionist was very rude, spoke no English, and didn’t help us at all. We asked about restaurants and she said there weren’t any, but later found out we could have dinner at the ibis next door. When I brought a highchair so I could feed my 1year old baby, she yelled that I couldn’t stay in the room because she had to work there. Then she went outside to smoke with a colleague who was rude too. I felt badly treated and won’t come back. Our room was next to reception, so it was noisy, and there was no fridge.
