The chef really knows their stuff, the food was superb. We had a lovely stay at this family-run hotel, with a spacious, well-equipped bedroom.

I've stayed here a few times and have always been very pleased with the room. It's a nice little hotel, the people are kind, and the restaurant is very good.

The opening hours listed online were wrong. I only found that out after driving 30 minutes to get there.

The food has a real sense of poetry to it, and the service is a big part of that. The welcome was warm and attentive throughout. You can smell the aromas before tasting anything, and the flavors came through from the appetizer right through to dessert. The dishes were a pleasure to look at as well as eat, and you can tell great care went into choosing the ingredients. I'd love to come back.

Every dish was spot on, from the aperitif through dessert, and the service was just as good as the cooking. The chef brings styles and flavors together beautifully in cuisine that feels refined, subtle, and contemporary. Bravo, we'll be back!
