AVOID/EVITER, this was HORRENDOUS and completely ruined our holiday. I spent the whole time dealing with problems. The host was unhelpful, lied, and got aggressive on the phone. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained, with serious safety issues: an exposed electrical connection, loose carpet on the stairs that caused me to slip down them, and unstable floor tiles needing repair. When I raised these issues, the host blamed the apartment's age, though they had nothing to do with that. The blind in the children's twin room was broken, the lounge TV didn't work, and a revolting bathroom smell spread through the entire apartment because there was no window to air it out. One night, new guests arrived at midnight, woke us, and said they had booked the same apartment. It also wasn't a ‘Family Friendly’ Family Room as advertised, with SEVERAL expensive glass vases, carefully balanced on wooden stands throughout the apartment and labeled at ~300-400 Euros. I sent photographic evidence to the host and then to Booking.com with my complaint. I'm still chasing the host's offered 10% discount and the 50% price difference, since we were eventually downgraded to an apartment half the size and price. Now they refuse to refund anything.
