The room was excellent and the staff were always in a good mood. Breakfast was top notch, and the hotel is well located. Two things could be better: the parking is so narrow that cars struggle to get through and park, and the air conditioner didn't cool the room. We visited in summer, and it just made noise without doing anything. Maybe it was defective. After a long trip, we couldn't get the room as cool as we'd wanted for a proper rest.

The staff were remarkable, always ready to do some little thing that made us feel at home. The room was clean and very quiet, the restaurant was good, and the bar was cozy. A great spot to stay, eat, relax, or even work. Thanks.

The room felt modest and a little dated. The hotel is well placed near the Lyon Metro, which got us to the city centre in just a few minutes. The Lumiere Institute is only five minutes away too.

Breakfast was great, the bed was great, and the location was nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff kind and respectful. The rooms look a little nicer in the photos, but still look very good in person. My shower kept leaking onto the floor. I think it's a known issue, so it needs fixing. Recommend.
