The hotel is centrally located, with an underground car park across the road that offers overnight parking. My room was clean at first, but over the four nights I stayed, it wasn't serviced and the towels weren't replaced. A large group of African men seemed to have taken over the terrace and restaurant, doing "business" and riding around on electric scooters.

There was a bed, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and little else. I couldn't find anywhere to hang my clothes, there wasn't a chair, and there were no sockets by the bed.

I’m glad places like this still exist. It’s an unusual French hotel with a brasserie, and it isn’t fancy.

Room 22 was small, with a good bed and air conditioning, and looked onto a quiet side street with neighbors close by. The hotel is comfortable and across from a large parking lot. Several restaurants are just a short walk away. To get the room key, you have to go to the bar next door, where they also serve a generous breakfast.

The staff at reception were helpful and attentive, and made the stay really pleasant. Room 8 was quiet and very clean, with excellent bedding and air conditioning, which was welcome during the heatwave. Breakfast was generous and served on the terrace beneath a magnificent mulberry tree. It’s a little gem in the city center, close to restaurants and the old streets, and great value for money. I highly recommend it.
