The shared lounge was nice and the staff were friendly, but the rooms were gross. Dust on the walls and surfaces, a felt-like floor that made my socks stick, and no outlet near the bed. There was only one soap in the shower, no shampoo or conditioner. The bed had a three-inch cushion on a slab, yet was surprisingly not that uncomfortable. But there were little flies in the actual sheets. So gross. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

If you're after a spot near the autoroute, the location is great, though it's obviously not in the center of town. The restaurant is what stands out, both for dinner and breakfast. The menu is familiar, but everything was done really well: the steak frites and creme brulee were excellent, and breakfast had a huge range of hot and cold options. A typically good Ibis stay.

Getting to the hotel from the motorway was very convenient, and checking out was easy. We were seven people staying one night on our way south. The welcome was friendly, and the rooms were pleasant and a comfortable temperature. We all had a lovely dinner and drinks at the restaurant and bar. I'd recommend the Aperol spritz made with the local Vouvray. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly, and we'll definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is fine, but the room was 24 degrees and had no ventilation. That's too warm for me to sleep well. I understand the effort to save the planet, but I pay for a hotel room expecting a good night's sleep, and I couldn't get one here.
